ALP-KUM Tunnel type sheet-profile sandblasting machines are manufactured for sandblasting flat steel products and building elements. It is produced to the desired size. The machine consists of main body, inlet and outlet rollers, filter unit, turbines, elevator, separator, dust collector and control panel. The places where the turbine directly contacts the cabin are covered with 12-14 manganese castings or sheet metal. The system speed can be adjusted with the speed controller. Thanks to the turbines placed on the top and bottom of the system, all the material can be sanded at once. It is used for surface cleaning of parts such as sheet metal, steel construction, IPE, HEA, NPU and NPI, profile, flat bar and angle iron.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The material to be sanded is placed on the conveyor safely. The progress of the materials at the entrance and exit of the machine at the desired speed will be adjustable thanks to the speed control system. Speed adjustment will be made with the speed control unit. Turbines placed at the top and bottom of the machine body bombard from the top and bottom to clean all sides of the material at once without turning it. The elevator carries the steel balls poured into the machine to the separator with buckets mounted on the belt. The dusty steel ball brought by the elevator is poured into the separator. Spilled steel balls are separated from dust by a sieve. In this way, dust-free steel balls are transferred to the turbines. The dust first passes through the dust trap and then the filter is kept. Thanks to the filter, dust is prevented from coming out. Cleaning of the filter is done by automatic pulses. The filter cartridges to be used in the system are made of Ultra Web quality imported paper and the dust holding capacity is 99%. The workpiece that comes out of the bombardment area is safely taken over the conveyor and is ready for other operations.
