Cabin Type Pressure Sandblasting Machines are jet-pulse system, automatic time-adjusted, self-cleaning, high-suction, feedback-feeding machines.

Cabin systems are divided into two as suction type and pressurized type. A gun is used in the suction system. Roughening and cleaning is less than pressurized system. In the pressurized system, a nozzle is used and its roughening is more.

In this system, the abrasive sprayed from the nozzle or gun with the help of compressed air, after completing its task on the material, is sucked from the area under the cabinet and passed through the cyclone. Here, the particles that come to an inoperable size are directed to the dust holding unit where the dust filters are located, and the useful coarse particles are included in the system again under the cyclone.

They can work 4 times faster than the vacuum system. Sandblasting, which allows small parts to be sanded in the factory environment, is cabin-type pressure sandblasting. It is generally used in factories, automotive industry, arms industry. It can sand all kinds of metals, consumes 6 m³ of air per minute.

The observation window has a wide field of view. The interior of the cabin is illuminated by fluorescent lamps. The lighting is designed to be unaffected by abrasive and dust. Its gloves are blast resistant and the cabin interior is furnished with abrasion resistant rubber tires.

It can work with abrasives such as steel shot, steel grit, silica sand, aluminum oxide, glass sand, plastic media, walnut shell.

Our machines have a safety device that automatically stops the system when the door is opened.

The rotary table that can move inside and outside the cabin can be adapted upon request.
